Wild & Wonder Snow On Location Mini Sessions 2020

 

I’m very excited to announce my new and very exciting Wild & Wonder Snow On Location Mini Sessions for 2020.

Imagine a beautiful location, your family and falling snow all captured in a unique set of photographs. Well, that’s what these sessions are about. They are all about capturing joy on the faces of little ones, letting them have fun and recording it all of you as a set of images you can keep forever, give as gifts at Christmas or even use as images for Christmas cards - it’s totally up to you.

For these sessions I will be using a snow machine to produce tons of fake snow (it’s actually foam but looks super realistic) for your children to have fun in. If you’d rather have snow free images instead then that’s totally fine too, just let me know.

When and where?

Rural location close to Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan (parking available)

Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th November 2020 (various times available).

Each mini session includes:

  • Pre-session guidance
  • Advice on clothing
  • 30 minute session on location close to Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan
  • A security protected online gallery of a minimum of 15 fully edited images to select from following your session
  • 4 high resolution digital files of your choice included in the package price (usually £70 each).
  • 40% off the usual purchase price of any additional digital files purchased.
  • Details of my preferred printing company so you can have beautiful, professionally produced prints and also Christmas cards to give during the festive season.

These sessions are covered by my Covid-19 Guarantee. If you book a session and then are not able to attend due to Covid symptoms or a local lockdown then I will work with you to re-schedule your session or if this is not possible I will fully refund your mini session session fee. No questions asked. I do however ask that you give me as much notice as you possibly can. As a small business and a sole trader it is important to me that I am able to offer your space to another family.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

• These sessions are suitable for one family group (single household) only and are restricted to 5 people in any one session.
• These sessions are suitable for any age but if your baby is not yet sitting unaided then you will be required to take part in the shoot too as they will need to held.
• The ground at the location can be uneven so may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. If you are concerned about this then please contact me before booking.
• If you or any of your household are showing symptoms of Covid-19 or alternatively if your area is in local lockdown, please do not attend your appointment (see Covid-19 Guarantee below).
• In the event of rain on your chosen date I will reschedule your session for either the following weekend or weekend after. Please be sure that you are happy to have your session re-scheduled should the weather gods be against us on the day. I will make any decisions on re-scheduling 48 hours prior to your session.

COVID-19 GUARANTEE:

As the pandemic continues and restrictions change, you may be worried that you might not be able to attend your scheduled appointment. This is totally understandable and I have put in place the Covid-19 guarantee to help. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to government restrictions (such as local lockdowns etc.) or any of your household develop Coronavirus symptoms, .I will happily transfer your appointment to a more suitable date in the future. If this does not suit your requirements (such as requiring images for a particular date for example) then your session payment will be refunded to you in full. This will also apply should I (or any of my household) show symptoms). I do ask that you give me as much notice as you possibly can if you do need to cancel or re-schedule. I know this might not always be possible but as a small business and a sole trader it is important to me that I am able to offer your space to another family,

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ORDERING:
